It's simple!

  1. Go outside on May 4 2019. Bring some friends with you. Enjoy the sunshine.
  2. Pick up trash. Throw it away.
  3. (Optional) Take a photo of your trash and your crew and share it on social media with #greenupday.
  4. Encourage others to do the same.

If you're in Vermont, you can get official bags from Green Up Vermont. The rest of us are on our own for now.
