To set up a program, what do you need to know?

I'll probably take a lot of inspiration from PE1GRL to start.

keying speed Change WPM on webform (#45)
cycle ID Set up scheduled program cycles (#24)
how long to send each time (e.g., 1 minute) #24

Leaving keying speed out for now. Rules say 8-15 wpm. I'll set it at 10 to be in the middle. Low priority.

Some of these are filled in with #24, but WPM and custom message need to be added.
