Replace loud relay with transistor to key radio #14

#13 shows that this board/code can control a relay, but it is loud and large. It should be possible to key the radio with a transistor, even if there is a fair bit of current on the keying circuit (as there is in the NS-80 transmitter, but not the Cricket).

I plan to follow KB1OIQ's design from https://sourceforge.net/projects/kb1oiq-ham-radio-projects/files/80m_ardf/.

The transistors I bought are TIP120 NPN Darlington.
