Looks like I can't just drop in the https://... version, so need to download and install locally now that TLS is enabled.

Tried to do this, still running into 403. Follow up with https://3cwebservices.com/drupal/how-redirect-all-traffic-https-your-drupal-site.

Don't need to install locally, got it to work with // rather than http or https per note on the config page:

You can also use a double backslash before the domain name (eg. //www.example.com/OpenLayers.js) which then respects the use of both HTTPS and HTTP protocols.
