Don't want to tweet every comment, but how about posting a summary of comments for the last 24 hours?

"There have been 5 comments by 4 users on 3 issues. Issue "issue name is here" has the most: (http://...)."

Would you say "most total comments" or "most new comments"? Most total would require additional API queries and should only look back so far in the issues.
