Twig's license at http://twig.sensiolabs.org/license allows for duplication. For now, creating this file even if the plan is to ask people to download Twig separately in the future. Closes https://github.com/mattbk/changeblindness/issues/8.
Modified some paths to be more generic and not require rewrite. Some instances of phase names have been changed, others are still in process.
