Using a resonant antenna for one band, you may get realistic values.

Using the same antenna for other bands, you should(?) still get values that change over the course of the survey.

So if you want to measure once every 10 seconds, you could do
measure 10
wait 2
measure 20m
wait 2
measure 40 m
wait 2
measure 80 m
wait 2
