OSM Tile Usage Policy suggests making the tile server something the user can change: https://operations.osmfoundation.org/policies/tiles/, so there should be a config.ini setting for tile server URL.

Including, in the long run, the option for a local set of tiles so this can be run offline (scope creep alert!).
